How do I open the box?
A small knife used to open one end of the box will suffice.
Can I use a knife to open the mattress?
It’s super easy! Just pull on the plastic and it will keep on rolling out as you pull.
What type of foundation/box spring do I need?
This mattress can be used on an adjustable foundation, flat foundation or platform bed.
What is the height of the mattress?
12.5 ‘’ inches
What size does the mattress come in and what are the dimensions?
Twin Width: 38" Length: 75"
Twin XL Width: 38" Length: 80"
Full Width: 53" Length: 75"
Queen Width: 60" Length: 80"
King Width: 76" Length: 80"
Cal King Width: 72" Length: 84"
Can I move the mattress after it’s set-up?
Yes, but…bring your muscles. Move it like any other mattress, as it will have some girth.
Why is my foam yellow?
The yellow is from oxidation. This is normal and does not impair the comfort or integrity of the foam.
What is that smell? Is that off-gassing?
No, it is not off-gassing. All of the foams are CertiPUR-US Certified, which means the mattresses are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, and heavy metals, formaldehyde, prohibited phthalates, and have low emissions. There might be a smell as it is a foam, but it is not from chemicals and will dissipate.
Is this mattress organic?
No.
Does this mattress have any safety or environmental certifications?
No.
Is the mattress vegan?

Can I wash the cover?
Although we do not accept returns for this mattress, we can still help. Give us a call at 414-768-3756

Possibly. If your room is cool, the mattress may have a slight firmness to it. As one sits or sleeps on it, it will become less firm.

Can I exchange my mattress?
No, unfortunately not.
Shipping and Delivery
Does someone from Verlo Direct set up my bed or do I?
You can do it, because you are good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like you.
When can I expect to receive my mattress?
Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 days.
Can I arrange for deliveries on specific days?
Not at this time, but we will send you the tracking numbers so you know when to expect your delivery.
Do I need to sign for this?
Yes, we use UPS and/or Fed Ex and both will ask for a signature.
